Cut meat in 1/2" by 2" strips. Dice 2 tbsp onion very fine. Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat skillet on high, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add cut meat and saute for 2-3 minutes or until done. Turn heat down to medium and add onion, continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add wine and reduce 30 seconds or so, then add water, milk, butter and basil. Whisk in Mrs. Leepers Beef Stroganoff Dinner sauce mix, bring to a simmer. Add pasta and cook for 9-10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir regularly to avoid sticking.
