Gluten Free Spaghetti Anytime Pancake


  • 12 oz. (350g) Mrs. Leeper's Organic Pasta
  • 2 free range eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tablespoons (60ml) milk
  • 8 oz. (225g) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 heaping tablespoon (20ml) dried oregano, crushed
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 dried red chiles, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons (10ml) butter or margarine



Prep Time

30 minutes


Cook Mrs. Leeper’s Organic Spaghetti according to instructions on the package. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except butter. Add prepared pasta and mix well. Melt butter in a large non-stick frying pan. Add spaghetti mixture. Spread evenly to form a pancake. Cook over medium low heat until it is golden underneath, about ten minutes. Divide the pancake into four sections using the edge of a spatula. Flip each section over and cook until golden underneath, about three to five minutes. Serve at once.
